Project Overview
Brief: Voice-based personal-assistant devices like Amazon Echo and Google Nest pose an accessibility barrier for people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH). We explore the experience of DHH users with smart-screen personal-assistant devices that would understand sign language in the future.

Study: Formative interviews (n=21) followed by a Wizard of Oz Experiment (n=12)
